Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at CHOICE FOR YOU. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, safely, and right to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
  • Processing window: All orders are processed within 1  business day.
  • Weekend exceptions: We do not ship or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.
  • High volume delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 24–48 hours. We will notify you via SMS or email if a significant delay occurs.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship nationwide from our fulfillment hub in Lahore. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Lahore (Local) 1–2 business days Rs. 200
Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, etc.) 1–3 business days Rs. 200
Rest of Pakistan 2–4 business days Rs. 200
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
  • Phone confirmation: For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will call or WhatsApp you to verify your delivery address before dispatching.
  • Unverified orders: Orders will be held for up to 48 hours awaiting verification. If we cannot reach you, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Refusal policy: We reserve the right to ban future COD privileges for accounts with repeated doorstep order refusals.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • Tracking alerts: You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your package is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., Leopards, TCS, Trax).
  • Activation time: Tracking numbers generally take 12–24 hours to update online.
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
  • Customer responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address and active mobile number are 100% correct at checkout.
  • Delivery attempts: Courier riders will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If a package is returned to our Lahore hub due to non-contactability, the customer must pay re-shipping charges for a new attempt.
6. Order Pickups
Please note that our Model Town location operates strictly as a fulfillment and dispatch center. We currently do not offer walk-in customer pickups or direct shopping at this address.
